Summary of Life __Graduated from Texas A&M May 1963. U. S. Air Force from August 1963 to June 1969. Served as a Navigator on KC-135 In-Flight Refueling Tanker. Stationed at Fairchild A.F. Base in Spokane, Washington. Served in Okinawa, Thailand, Tawain in support of the Vietnam Conflict on several Temporary Duty deployments.
Married Jean Lynch December 1963. Divorced in 1995. Married Joyce Black of Kerrville, Texas in 1996.
After the Air Force began selling pharmaceuticals in June 1969 in Victoria and Houston,
Texas. In October 1970 began a career in the Kidney Dialysis field. In May 1975 promoted to National Sales Manager of Drake-Willock in Portland, Oregon. Our company manufactured and sold artificial kidney machines. In 1979 moved back to Houston and started my own business(Champions Medical). I
represented several companies in the kidney dialysis industry.
In 1980 started The Mac Group, Inc. which was a buying group for dialysis centers. Through these efforts it led to becoming partners with several doctors in Texas to establish and build dialysis centers. These were sold in 1997 and I became a consultant for several years.
In 2004 I entered the real estate business with Joyce. Our company is Marshall Properties and we are located in Kerrville, Texas. We are in residential and ranches real estate.
With 11 grandchildren we meet ourselves coming and going trying to keep up with all of them. I now know why God only lets the young have and raise children!
It's been said that I do enjoy playing golf.

Happy Birthday John Curtis! It was good to see you and your wife at our reunion in April. Hope your birthday was a really good one. May our Good Lord Bless you with another good year till we meet again next year. I know you said last year was a tough one. Look for a better one this year.
